Reservation requests and private event inquiries submitted through our website are subject to availability and confirmation by our team. Submission of an inquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking request.
For private events, a separate event agreement and deposit may be required. Our events team will provide full terms upon confirmation.
Online Ordering
Online orders are processed through Toast. By placing an order, you agree to Toast’s terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these terms. El Barco Back Bay is not responsible for issues arising from third-party order processing platforms.
Text Messaging Terms
When you give El Barco your mobile number on a form on this website, two optional boxes sit under the phone field. Tick the first to receive text messages from El Barco about that inquiry or request. Tick the second to receive recurring marketing text messages from El Barco with event and menu news. Each box is its own consent; neither is ticked for you, neither is required, and ticking one is not a condition of any purchase. Leave a box clear and El Barco sends no texts of that kind. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
